BEACH BOUDOIR
SESSION STYLE GUIDE

Welcome to our style guide

I get asked “what should I wear” so often! So I decided to prepare a boudoir session style guide with a few tips on what items and materials photograph well.

First and foremost – I want you to wear what YOU feel comfortable and beautiful in.Keep in mind, the goal is for you to feel confident and beautiful during your session! Here you will find a variety of outfits to pick and choose from your own wardrobe, shown and worn by real clients.Don't be afraid to bring more options than the package specifies. I will help choose what works from your selection.

Overwhelmed and don't know where to look for your perfect swimwear?

Check out Bacon Bikini's for a wide range of beautiful swimwear for all sizes. Remember to order your swimwear well in advance before your session.

1. MATCHING BIKINI SET OR FULL PIECE

Matching sets, especially in a solid colour (black or white) are simple, yet beautiful. You can also pack a bold colour set for a second option.

2. AN OVERSIZED JACKET

Denim is always a winner! Wear it draped around you or on your shoulders for an alternative look.

3. A BUTTON UP SHIRT

Try to keep it a neutral colour.

4. WHITE

White items such as t-shirts, button ups, flowy dresses or caftans. They are usually beachy and can be worn in so many different ways. Add a bit of water for a see-through sexy effect.
The options are endless.

THINGS TO AVOID

Make sure your bikini fits right and can be pulled up the sides. Wearing it higher than your hip line accentuates your waist.

Lingerie. Even though this is still a boudoir shoot, items intended for the beach look more natural.

Having your hair "too done". Please make sure your hair looks natural and not too styled. Tight curls or an up do will not work well with the natural elements. Natural wind swept hair is beautiful.
